I think Louis Brandies might be a relatively objective legal scholar.
He said there are many rights not itemized in the constitution and the most important of these is to be simply left alone.

That is the crux of the right to privacy that has somehow become anathema to abortion opponents. Since you apparently aren't old enough to remember the long civil debates on this issue that led to the Roe vs Wade decision, you have a erroneous idea who Roe was and no idea who Wade was, you have no idea who might be seeking an abortion and no understanding of their motivations why don't you find something to comment on that you actually know about?
Here's a rule of thumb for ya that will make you a better citizen. Get the hell outta my doctor's office. Get the hell outta my bedroom and keep your damned mullahs outta my kids classrooms

Also the facts behind the case, are tainted with deceit. The Roe in the case is a woman named Norma McCorvey. It turns out that she was not pregnant at all! She was pressured into being an accomplice to the fiction.
Perhaps when you are trying to make a point, it’s best not to make your stand with fabrications. A simple Google search would have informed you the truth about Norma McCorvey.

She began her association with one of the United States' most contentious and volatile sociopolitical issues in 1970, when she became the lead plaintiff in the class-action lawsuit filed to challenge the strict anti-abortion laws in Texas.

The case was appealed to the Supreme Court, which handed down its controversial ruling on January 22, 1973. The decision legalized the right to an abortion in all 50 states and sparked a political debate that remains charged to this day.

However, McCorvey, who was 21 when the case was filed and was on her third pregnancy, never had an abortion and gave birth to a girl, who was given up for adoption.

McCorvey went public with her identity in the 1980s and wrote a book about her life titled "I Am Roe: My Life, Roe v. Wade, and Freedom of Choice."

In the book, McCorvey, a ninth-grade dropout, describes a tough life, explaining that she suffered physical and emotional abuse as a child, spent some time in reform school in Gainesville, Texas, and was raped as a teen-ager. She was later beaten by a husband whom she married at age 16. She also tells of her alcohol and drug abuse, and experiences with lovers of both sexes.

Despite her asking for an abortion during her case, McCorvey never had the procedure. She gave birth to a girl, who was given up for adoption. This was due to the fact that contested (and sometimes uncontested) court cases take longer than nine months for decisions to be handed down.
McCorvey did express her change of heart regarding abortion, which is her right; however, it becomes easier to take such a stance when it’s quite likely there is little risk of becoming pregnant again.
